目的：探讨热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术用于颌骨大型囊肿术前根管治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择直径大于等于3.5cm的颌骨大型囊肿42例，共183颗患牙。将42例病人随机分成两组，其中实验组21例病人103颗患牙，根管充填采用热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术，对照组21例病人80颗患牙，采用传统冷侧压根管充填技术进行根管充填。拍术后X线片确定根管充填情况，术后1a定期随访病人术后远期效果。结果：试验组1a成功率为95.14%，对照组1a成功率为83.75%，试验组成功率高于对照组，术后1a的成功率差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术用于颌骨大型囊肿术前根管治疗疗效优于传统冷侧压根管充填术。
목적：탐토열아효수직가압근관충전술용우합골대형낭종술전근관치료적림상료효。방법：선택직경대우등우3.5cm적합골대형낭종42례，공183과환아。장42례병인수궤분성량조，기중실험조21례병인103과환아，근관충전채용열아효수직가압근관충전술，대조조21례병인80과환아，채용전통랭측압근관충전기술진행근관충전。박술후X선편학정근관충전정황，술후1a정기수방병인술후원기효과。결과：시험조1a성공솔위95.14%，대조조1a성공솔위83.75%，시험조성공솔고우대조조，술후1a적성공솔차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론：열아효수직가압근관충전술용우합골대형낭종술전근관치료료효우우전통랭측압근관충전술。
Objective:Thermal tooth gel vertical condensation root canal filling technique is used for root canal treatment the clinical curative effect of preoperative large maxillary cyst. Methods:Selecting diameter greater than or equal to 3. 5cm large maxillary cyst 42 cases,183 teeth. 42 patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group 21 cases with 103 teeth. Tooth root canal filling with hot glue vertical condensation root canal filling. The control group 21 cases with 80 teeth. The traditional cold side tube filling technique for root canal filling at all. On postoperative X line piece to determine the root canal filling. After 1 year follow-up of patients with postoperative long-term effect on a regular basis. Results:Year success rate of treatment group was 95. 14%,the success rate was 83. 75%in control,the success rate of treatment group is higher than the control group. Conclusion:Warm gutta-percha obturation techniques used in large maxillary cyst preoperative root canal treatment curative effect is superior to the traditional cold side of the canal filling at all.
