眼眶炎性假瘤是一种常见的眼眶疾病，病因不明，临床表现多样，西医多采用皮质类固醇等抗炎治疗，较易复发，预后较差。谢立科主任在临床中着重以中西医结合治疗，效果较佳，本文就谢师对其病因、分型、表现、鉴别、治疗、愈后护理等方面进行探析。

Orbital inflammatory pseudotumor(OIP)is the common orbital disease with unknown eti-ology and multiple clinical manifestations.Western medicine commonly applies the anti-inflammatory thera-py with corticosterioids for instance.But it leads to easily recurrence of disease and poor prognosis.Prof.Xie emphasizes the integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment and achieves the better effect.This paper explored the etiology,pattern classification,manifestation,differentiation,treatment and nursing of the disease based on Prof.Xie′s experiences.
