中缅油气管道项目即将投入运营，但中缅天然气管道和中缅石油管道的差异化合作模式容易产生纠纷。此外，缅甸特殊的政治体制、项目本身复杂的投资主体复杂性及项目的建设及运营的特殊性都意味着中缅油气管道项目容易产生国际争端。本文在讨论了当前可以选择的四种解决中缅油气管道争端的法律途径，重点讨论了各种法律途径的优势与缺陷及局限性。最后，本文分析了另外三种可能解决中缅油气管道争端的法律途径，认为中国要根据具体的争端并综合考虑不同因素，应灵活运用外交和法律手段解决争端。

the Oil and Gas Pipelines of China - Myanmar project will putting into operation in 2013, however, the Differentiated cooperation models of Oil Pipelines of China - Myanmar project and Gas Pipelines of China - Myanmar project may easy occurs disputes. In addition, the unique political system, the complexity of the investors of the project and the difficulty of the project for construction and operation all means international disputes may easy happened. The paper analyzed the four different Dispute settlement mechanisms which now could be adopted for the project, and focus on the advantages, defects and limitations for every kind of Dispute settlement mechanisms. The paper put forward the other three possible Dispute settlement mechanisms for the project. As a conclusion, it is shall use diplomatic and/or legal method depends on specific disputes and comprehensively consideration.
