目的:对川党参主要产地的药材样品进行分析研究,建立川党参药材质量标准。方法:HPLC法测定党参炔苷含量,比色法测定党参多糖、川党参总皂苷,原子吸收光谱法测定川党参药材中As、Pb、Hg、Cd、Cu含量,气相色谱法测定BHC、DDT,其余检查项目参照《中国药典》收录方法测定。结果:川党参药材检查项水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰性分、醇溶性浸出物含量范围与均值分别是6.0%~9.4%、7.82%,2.01%~7.72%、4.62%,0.23%~3.65%、1.52%,51.74%~70.02%、61.03%;党参炔苷、党参多糖和党参总皂苷的含量范围与均值分别是0.44~2.4 mg·g-1、1.121 mg·g-1,13.85%~38.14%、21.67%,7.92~28.76 mg·g-1、11.27 mg·g-1。结论:川党参药材的水分不得高于8.7%,总灰分不得过6.5%,酸不溶性灰分不得过2.5%,醇溶性浸出物(热浸法)不得少于55.0%,党参炔苷不少于0.53 mg·g-1,党参多糖不得少于14.7%,党参总皂苷不得少于7.3 mg·g-1;重金属和有害元素不得超过“药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准(WM/T2-2004)”, BHC和DDT均不得检出。

목적:대천당삼주요산지적약재양품진행분석연구,건립천당삼약재질량표준。방법:HPLC법측정당삼결감함량,비색법측정당삼다당、천당삼총조감,원자흡수광보법측정천당삼약재중As、Pb、Hg、Cd、Cu함량,기상색보법측정BHC、DDT,기여검사항목삼조《중국약전》수록방법측정。결과:천당삼약재검사항수분、총회분、산불용회성분、순용성침출물함량범위여균치분별시6.0%~9.4%、7.82%,2.01%~7.72%、4.62%,0.23%~3.65%、1.52%,51.74%~70.02%、61.03%;당삼결감、당삼다당화당삼총조감적함량범위여균치분별시0.44~2.4 mg·g-1、1.121 mg·g-1,13.85%~38.14%、21.67%,7.92~28.76 mg·g-1、11.27 mg·g-1。결론:천당삼약재적수분불득고우8.7%,총회분불득과6.5%,산불용성회분불득과2.5%,순용성침출물(열침법)불득소우55.0%,당삼결감불소우0.53 mg·g-1,당삼다당불득소우14.7%,당삼총조감불득소우7.3 mg·g-1;중금속화유해원소불득초과“약용식물급제제외경무록색행업표준(WM/T2-2004)”, BHC화DDT균불득검출。
This study was aimed to develop a technical reference for the establishment of quality control of Codonop-sis tangshen Oliv. Lobetyolin content was determined by HPLC, polysaccharide and total saponin was determined by colorimetry. Contents of As, Pb, Hg, Cd and Cu were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. BHC (benzene hexachloride) and DDT (dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane) were determined by gas chromatography. Other items were determined with reference to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The results showed that the range of water, total ashes, acid insoluble ashes and ethanol extracts were 6.0%~9.4% with an average of 7.82%, 2.01%~7.72% with an average of 4.62%, 0.23%~3.65% with an average of 1.52%, 51.74%~70.02% with an average of 61.03%, respec-tively. And contents of lobetyolin, polysaccharide and total saponin were 0.44~2.4 mg·g-1 with an average of 1.121 mg·g-1, 13.85%~38.14% with an average of 21.67%, 7.92~28.76 mg·g-1 with an average of 11.27 mg·g-1, respec-tively. It was concluded that water content of C. tangshen Oliv. materials should not be more than 8.7%, total ashes should not be more than 6.5%, acid insoluble ashes should not be more than 2.5%, ethanol extracts should not be less than 55.0%, and content of lobetyolin should not be less than 0.53 mg·g-1, polysaccharide should not be less than 14.7%, total saponin should not be less than 7.3 mg·g-1. Heavy metals and baneful elements should not be more than the standard of Green Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for Foreign Trade and Economy (WM/T2-2004). But BHC and DDT should not be detected.
