介绍了某大悬臂钢箱梁桥的结构特点和设计构造。结合有限元的数值计算方法,对支点横梁进行了空间应力分析,并与平面应力进行对比,给出了钢横梁简化计算方法和参数取值。结果表明:钢横梁在支座区域和纵腹板区域应力比较大,存在较大的应力集中,与常规简化方法计算有较大偏差,在设计中应引起足够的重视。

In this paper ,the mechanical behavior of a steel box girder bridge is analyzed with finite el-ement method,and its main design details are described.The spatial stress analysis for the support cross beam is given,and contrasted with its plane stress.This article puts forward the reasonable sim-plified calculating method and value of parameters for cross beam.The result shows that stress concen-tration on support zones and longitudinal web zones are serious,and the result has a large deviation with the conventional simplified method.So it must be considered in design process.
