目的:探讨左归丸对大鼠子宫发育与血管生成的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠,体质量(160~170)g,随机分为未成熟大鼠组(B组)、激素组(C组)、左归丸低剂量组(D组)、左归丸高剂量组(E组),另10只SD大鼠,体质量(220~250)g,作成熟大鼠组(A组)。A、B组分别灌服蒸馏水20 g·kg-1,C、D、E组分别灌服倍美力混悬液65μg·kg-1、左归丸浸膏(相当于生药11 g·kg-1)、左归丸浸膏(相当于生药33 g· kg-1),每天1次,连续15天。观察大鼠子宫组织形态学变化;采用酶免分析法测定血清雌二醇(E2)水平。另将SD大鼠(160~170)g随机分为未成熟大鼠组、激素组(65μg·kg-1)、左归丸组(相当于生药33 g·kg-1), SD大鼠(220~250)g作成熟大鼠组,每组6只。应用墨汁灌注法观察子宫肌层血管。结果:与A、B组比较, C~E组均可增加大鼠子宫内膜厚度,C、E组均可增加大鼠肌层厚度、被覆上皮高度、腺上皮高度、腺腔内径、腺体直径;与A、B组比较,C~E组均可明显提高大鼠血清E2水平(P约0.01或P约0.05)。激素组、左归丸组的子宫肌层血管密度和管腔明显增大(P约0.05)。与未成熟大鼠组比较,激素组、左归丸组均可增加大鼠子宫肌层大血管数及血管总数(P约0.05或P约0.01)。结论:左归丸可促进未成熟大鼠子宫发育,其作用与提高雌激素水平及促进血管生成,增加子宫局部血供有关。

목적:탐토좌귀환대대서자궁발육여혈관생성적영향。방법:장40지SD대서,체질량(160~170)g,수궤분위미성숙대서조(B조)、격소조(C조)、좌귀환저제량조(D조)、좌귀환고제량조(E조),령10지SD대서,체질량(220~250)g,작성숙대서조(A조)。A、B조분별관복증류수20 g·kg-1,C、D、E조분별관복배미력혼현액65μg·kg-1、좌귀환침고(상당우생약11 g·kg-1)、좌귀환침고(상당우생약33 g· kg-1),매천1차,련속15천。관찰대서자궁조직형태학변화;채용매면분석법측정혈청자이순(E2)수평。령장SD대서(160~170)g수궤분위미성숙대서조、격소조(65μg·kg-1)、좌귀환조(상당우생약33 g·kg-1), SD대서(220~250)g작성숙대서조,매조6지。응용묵즙관주법관찰자궁기층혈관。결과:여A、B조비교, C~E조균가증가대서자궁내막후도,C、E조균가증가대서기층후도、피복상피고도、선상피고도、선강내경、선체직경;여A、B조비교,C~E조균가명현제고대서혈청E2수평(P약0.01혹P약0.05)。격소조、좌귀환조적자궁기층혈관밀도화관강명현증대(P약0.05)。여미성숙대서조비교,격소조、좌귀환조균가증가대서자궁기층대혈관수급혈관총수(P약0.05혹P약0.01)。결론:좌귀환가촉진미성숙대서자궁발육,기작용여제고자격소수평급촉진혈관생성,증가자궁국부혈공유관。
This article was aimed to study the effect of Zuo-Gui-Wan (ZGW) on uterine development and angiogen-esis in the rats. The SD rats (160~170)g were randomly divided into the immature rat group (group B), steroid group (group C), low-dose ZGW group (group D), and high-dose ZGW group (group E). And 10 SD rats (220~250) g were used as the mature rat group (group A). There were 10 rats in each group. Intragastric administration of dis-tilled water (20 g·kg-1) was given to rats in group A and group B. Intragastric administration of conjugated estrogens suspension (65 μg·kg-1), ZGW extract (which was equivalent to crude drug of 11 g·kg-1), ZGW extract (which was equivalent to crude drug of 33 g·kg-1) was given to rats in group C, D and E, respectively. The medication was giv-en once a day, for 15 days. Uterine histomorphology of rats were observed. In addition, E2 level in blood were measured by enzyme immunoassay (EIA). And rats (160~170)g were randomly divided into the immature rat group, steroid group (65 μg·kg-1), ZGW group (which was equivalent to crude drug 33 g·kg-1), and SD rat (220~250)g as mature group, with 6 rats in each group. Uterine micrangium was measured by infusion with ink. The results showed that compared with group A and B, group C to group E can all increase the thickness of endometrium of rat's uterus. Group E and C can increase myometrial thickness, covering epithelium height, glandular epithelium height, glandular cavity diameter, and glandular diameter. Compared with group A and B, group C to group E can obviously increase E2 level in blood of rats (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05). In the steroid group and ZGW group, the vascular density and diameter in the myometrium were obviously increased. Compared with the immature rat group, the steroid group and ZGW group can increase the amount of large blood vessels and total blood vessels in the myometrium (P< 0.05 or P< 0.01). It was concluded that ZGW can improve uterine development of immature rats. This effect may be re-lated to the increasing of E2 level and promotion of angiogenesis, which increases the local blood supply of uterus.
