提出内部含有梯形齿的锥筒形给料压电振子的结构形式,确定振子的工作模态为面内三阶弯曲模态。利用ANSYS有限元软件优选了结构参数,研制了出料端内径为16 mm、实际工作频率为22261 Hz 的小型超声振动料斗样机。采用激光测振仪并依据平面镜反射原理,对振子的共振频率及内齿振幅分布进行了测试,并对振动料斗装置整机进行了物料运行效果的测试。实验表明料斗对直径为3 mm到4 mm的球形物体有较好的下料可控性。

The feeding vibrator was presented, which has inner trapezoidal teeth and employs the third in-plane bending mode of vibration. Using the FEM and with ANSYS, the geometrical dimensions of the vibrator were optimized. The prototype of the feeding vibrator was produced, whose diameter of discharging side is 16 mm, and its working frequency is 22261 Hz. With the laser doppler vibrometer, the resonant frequencies and amplitude distribution of inner teeth were tested, which is relying on mirror reflection principle. The feeding performance of ultrasonic feeder was tested, the experimental results show the feeding for the spherical object of which diameter ranges from 3 mm to 4 mm, can be better controlled.
