目的：探讨穴位埋线与舒筋壮腰汤联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法：将112例该病患者随机分为穴位埋线疗法组（对照组1）37例；舒筋壮腰疗法组（对照组2）32例；穴位埋线与舒筋壮腰汤联合组（治疗组）43例；采用国际通用的JOA评定量表、中医病证诊断疗效标准及Oswestry评分量表评价各组患者的临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93%，对照组1为78.5%，对照组2为68.8%，3组比较，差异具有显著性统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：与常规治疗相比较，穴位埋线与舒筋壮腰汤联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好疗效。
목적：탐토혈위매선여서근장요탕연합치료요추간반돌출증적림상효과。방법：장112례해병환자수궤분위혈위매선요법조（대조조1）37례；서근장요요법조（대조조2）32례；혈위매선여서근장요탕연합조（치료조）43례；채용국제통용적JOA평정량표、중의병증진단료효표준급Oswestry평분량표평개각조환자적림상료효。결과：총유효솔치료조위93%，대조조1위78.5%，대조조2위68.8%，3조비교，차이구유현저성통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：여상규치료상비교，혈위매선여서근장요탕연합치료요추간반돌출증유교호료효。
This study was aimed to investigate clinical effect of acupoint thread embedding (ATE) combined with tendon-relaxing and lumber-strengthening decoction (TRLSD) for treatment of lumbar disc herniation (LDH). A total of 112 patients were randomly divided into the ATE group (control group 1) with 37 patients, TRLSD group (control group 2) with 32 patients, and ATE combined with TRLSD group (treatment group) with 43 patients. The clinical ef-fect was evaluated with the international JOA Score, Diagnoses and Effect Standard of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Oswestry Disability Questionnaire. The results showed that the total effective rates in the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 were 93%, 78.5% and 68.8%, respectively. There were significant statistical dif-ferences among three groups (P< 0.05). It was concluded that compared with routine treatment, ATE combined with TRLSD had better therapeutic effect in LDH treatment.
