论述了钢管管端加厚的机理，介绍了国内钢管管端加厚生产线的设备组成及工艺流程，三种布置型式：两台主机对面布置，两台主机同侧平行布置，三台主机同侧平行布置。分析了三种布置型式的优点，为管端加厚生产线的选型提供了依据。

The article is about basic principle of steel pipe end upsetting process,and introduces composition and sequence of the pipe end-upsetting product line.There are three layout pattern of process:two host ma-chines opposite arrangement,double host machine parallel arrangement in same side,and three hosts parallel in same side.Their characteristics are analyzed.That offers experience and reference in the selection of pipe end upsetting production line.
