历代王朝统治者在防腐和反贪制度建设中，除重视中央和地方监察制度建设外，也十分重视包括谏官制度、考试与选官制度、官规与考课制度、官吏互纠制度、回避制度等在内的各有关专门监察制度的建立和完善。这些制度的建立和实行，对历代的政治清明、道德体系建设等都发挥了重要作用。
歷代王朝統治者在防腐和反貪製度建設中，除重視中央和地方鑑察製度建設外，也十分重視包括諫官製度、攷試與選官製度、官規與攷課製度、官吏互糾製度、迴避製度等在內的各有關專門鑑察製度的建立和完善。這些製度的建立和實行，對歷代的政治清明、道德體繫建設等都髮揮瞭重要作用。
역대왕조통치자재방부화반탐제도건설중，제중시중앙화지방감찰제도건설외，야십분중시포괄간관제도、고시여선관제도、관규여고과제도、관리호규제도、회피제도등재내적각유관전문감찰제도적건립화완선。저사제도적건립화실행，대역대적정치청명、도덕체계건설등도발휘료중요작용。
Chinese dynasties ruler in anti-corrosion and anti corruption system con-struction,in addition to pay attention to the central and local supervision system construc-tion,also attaches great importance to include official system,examination and selection system,official rules and the merit system,officials in each correction system,challenge system,the relevant specialized supervision system establishment and the consummation. Establishing and implementing the system of history,politics,moral system construction has played a vital role in it.
