提出了新型机械振动台的基本结构和工作原理,重点研究机械振动台激振元件---圆锥滚子的力学特性。采用拟静力学方法研究了圆锥滚子的各种受力情况,分析了圆锥滚子的流体动力模型和摩擦力模型,建立了圆锥滚子的力和力矩平衡方程,发现在满足平衡状况下,可实现新型机械振动台的上下振动;用ANSYS 软件对圆锥滚子进行了瞬态动力学分析,并对其在一个运动周期内的应力分布响应进行了仿真,所得受力变形图表明,运动过程中圆锥滚子应力变化不大,满足设计要求。
提齣瞭新型機械振動檯的基本結構和工作原理,重點研究機械振動檯激振元件---圓錐滾子的力學特性。採用擬靜力學方法研究瞭圓錐滾子的各種受力情況,分析瞭圓錐滾子的流體動力模型和摩抆力模型,建立瞭圓錐滾子的力和力矩平衡方程,髮現在滿足平衡狀況下,可實現新型機械振動檯的上下振動;用ANSYS 軟件對圓錐滾子進行瞭瞬態動力學分析,併對其在一箇運動週期內的應力分佈響應進行瞭倣真,所得受力變形圖錶明,運動過程中圓錐滾子應力變化不大,滿足設計要求。

This paper puts forwards the basic structure and working principle of a new-type mechanical vibration table.It mainly investigates the mechanical characteristics of the vibration component-tapered roller.In the inves-tigation,the quasi-static method is used to analyze the force situation of the tapered roller,and the hydrodynamic model as well as the friction force model of the tapered roller is established.Then,the force and moment balance equations of the tapered roller are derived,from which it is found that the up-and-down vibration of the mechanical vibration table can be realized in an equilibrium condition.Finally,a transient dynamic analysis of the tapered roller is carried out with ANSYS and the stress distribution response of the tapered roller in one movement cycle is simula-ted.The stress deformation curve obtained by simulation shows that the mechanical vibration table meets the design requirements well,with only a slight stress change occurring during the movement of the tapered roller.
