对藏药材喜马拉雅紫茉莉6个不同种源地的66个个体的14项形态指标进行测量和统计分析,结果表明:喜马拉雅紫茉莉平均多样性指数为1.656,质量性状多样性指数低于数量性状,其平均变异系数为27.08%,变化趋势同多样性指数相反;主成分分析显示花的大小、颜色、花梗及花萼腺毛粘性和叶的形状、大小能反映喜马拉雅紫茉莉形态性状的大部分信息;聚类分析显示:在个体水平上,66个个体分化为3个类群,不同居群的个体多混聚在一起,仅居群 B 个体出现明显分化;在居群水平上,喜马拉雅紫茉莉的栽培群体可划分为两个类群.

The morphological diversity among the germplasm resources of Tibetan herbal medicine Mirabi-lis himalaica has been studied in this paper.14 morphological traits of 66 individuals from 6 provenances have been measured and analyzed.The results show that the average diversity index of M. himalaica is 1.656 and the diversity index of qualitative traits is lower than that of numerical traits.The average varia-tion coefficient is 27.08%,and its trend of the change is opposite to that of diversity index;The principal component analysis shows that the size and color of corolla,viscosity of glandular hairs on pedicelland ca-lyx,the size and shape of leaf could reflect most information of morphological characters of M.himalaica ;The clustering analysis reveals that in individuals speaking,66 individuals are clustered into 3 demes. Most individuals of different populations cluster together,only the individuals of population B has signifi-cant differentiation with others.In population speaking,6 cultivated populations of M. himalaica are clustered into two demes.
