储罐拱顶加肋是提高储罐稳定性的重要措施之一。加强肋结构主要由经向肋和纬向肋与拱顶顶板焊接起到加强拱顶稳定性的作用。纬向肋圈数和扇形板数决定了肋结构形式,进而影响拱顶稳定性的提高、肋板钢量的消耗和工程施工的难易程度。根据带肋球壳许用外压公式和加强肋耗材量,对加强肋结构进行设计与优化。结果表明,对于给定截面积形状和大小的肋,纬向肋圈数和扇形板数对拱顶的肋耗钢量和拱顶稳定性存在影响。以单位重量钢材提供的许用压力最大为优化条件,存在唯一的最优纬向肋圈数、纬向肋间距和扇形板数,使拱顶设计最优。
儲罐拱頂加肋是提高儲罐穩定性的重要措施之一。加彊肋結構主要由經嚮肋和緯嚮肋與拱頂頂闆銲接起到加彊拱頂穩定性的作用。緯嚮肋圈數和扇形闆數決定瞭肋結構形式,進而影響拱頂穩定性的提高、肋闆鋼量的消耗和工程施工的難易程度。根據帶肋毬殼許用外壓公式和加彊肋耗材量,對加彊肋結構進行設計與優化。結果錶明,對于給定截麵積形狀和大小的肋,緯嚮肋圈數和扇形闆數對拱頂的肋耗鋼量和拱頂穩定性存在影響。以單位重量鋼材提供的許用壓力最大為優化條件,存在唯一的最優緯嚮肋圈數、緯嚮肋間距和扇形闆數,使拱頂設計最優。

Ribbing is an important measure to improve stability of the dome-roofed steel storage tanks.Its structure mainly includes longitudinal ribs and latitudinal ribs welded with dome roof to improve the stabil-ity.The rib structure is dependent on numbers of latitudinal ribs course and sectional plate.Different structural designs have different influence on the stability of stiffened plate,steel consumption and ease of engineering construction.According to rib consumption and calculation formula of ribbed spherical stabili-ty,design and optimization about rib structure have been worked.The results show that,given cross-sec-tion shape and dimensions of ribs,numbers of latitudinal ribs course have some effects on dome-roof sta-bility and consumption;there is only one value about numbers of latitudinal ribs course and sectional plate to satisfy the optimization design in conditions of allowable pressure per unit steel consumption.
