针对客车制动安全性与经济性的耦合问题,基于电控制动系统(EBS )提出了一种主制动器与辅助制动系统的集成控制算法。该算法根据各制动系统的热力学特性、主制动器制动衬片的磨损量以及ECE 法规,确定客车制动系统的制动力分配,在保证制动安全性的基础上兼顾了制动经济性。文中还结合Matlab/Simulink与TruckSim软件对控制算法进行了仿真验证。仿真结果表明,在下坡制动工况,所提出的制动集成控制算法能够将整车各制动器温度控制在理想值并保证各轴制动衬片磨损均衡;在水平路面制动工况,制动集成控制算法能够有效地实现目标制动强度。说明所提出的算法可有效提高客车制动工况下的安全性和经济性。
針對客車製動安全性與經濟性的耦閤問題,基于電控製動繫統(EBS )提齣瞭一種主製動器與輔助製動繫統的集成控製算法。該算法根據各製動繫統的熱力學特性、主製動器製動襯片的磨損量以及ECE 法規,確定客車製動繫統的製動力分配,在保證製動安全性的基礎上兼顧瞭製動經濟性。文中還結閤Matlab/Simulink與TruckSim軟件對控製算法進行瞭倣真驗證。倣真結果錶明,在下坡製動工況,所提齣的製動集成控製算法能夠將整車各製動器溫度控製在理想值併保證各軸製動襯片磨損均衡;在水平路麵製動工況,製動集成控製算法能夠有效地實現目標製動彊度。說明所提齣的算法可有效提高客車製動工況下的安全性和經濟性。

In order to integrate the security and the economy of bus braking,an algorithm integrating the control of the main brake system and auxiliary brake systems is proposed based on the EBS (Electronic Controlled Braking System).In this algorithm,according to the ECE regulation,the wear loss of brake linings and the thermodynamic properties of brake systems,the braking force is rationally distributed among the brake systems of the bus,thus achieving the economy on the premise of brake security.Moreover,based on the co-simulation platform of Matlab/Simulink and TruckSim,the proposed algorithm is verified by simulations.The results show that,during the down-hill braking,the algorithm helps to keep the temperature of brake systems at an optimal value and facilitate a ba-lance wear of brake linings;and that,during the level-road braking,the algorithm helps to achieve the desired bra-king force effectively.It is thus concluded that the proposed algorithm is feasible in improving the security and the economy of bus braking.
