目的:分析血清乳酸脱氢酶与糖尿病病程的相关性。方法回顾性分析广东省江门市新会区会城街道办事处社区卫生服务中心40例糖尿病患者资料,按照病程进行分组:病程<2年组共12例,病程2~6年组共10例,病程6~10年组共11例,病程>10年组共7例,分别进行血清乳酸脱氢酶的实验室检测后用统计学方法进行相关性分析。结果病程<2年组血清乳酸脱氢酶均值为(243.1±11.5)U/L,病程2~6年组血清乳酸脱氢酶均值为(268.9±13.8)U/L,病程6~10年组血清乳酸脱氢酶均值为(295.2±18.9)U/L,病程>10年组血清乳酸脱氢酶均值为(310.4±20.1)U/L,随着糖尿病患者病程的延长,乳酸脱氢酶含量呈现逐渐增加,表现出较强的相关性(r=0.75,P<0.05)。结论血清乳酸脱氢酶与糖尿病病情具有较强的相关性,通过血清乳酸脱氢酶含量可以对糖尿病患者的病情进行判断分析。
目的:分析血清乳痠脫氫酶與糖尿病病程的相關性。方法迴顧性分析廣東省江門市新會區會城街道辦事處社區衛生服務中心40例糖尿病患者資料,按照病程進行分組:病程<2年組共12例,病程2~6年組共10例,病程6~10年組共11例,病程>10年組共7例,分彆進行血清乳痠脫氫酶的實驗室檢測後用統計學方法進行相關性分析。結果病程<2年組血清乳痠脫氫酶均值為(243.1±11.5)U/L,病程2~6年組血清乳痠脫氫酶均值為(268.9±13.8)U/L,病程6~10年組血清乳痠脫氫酶均值為(295.2±18.9)U/L,病程>10年組血清乳痠脫氫酶均值為(310.4±20.1)U/L,隨著糖尿病患者病程的延長,乳痠脫氫酶含量呈現逐漸增加,錶現齣較彊的相關性(r=0.75,P<0.05)。結論血清乳痠脫氫酶與糖尿病病情具有較彊的相關性,通過血清乳痠脫氫酶含量可以對糖尿病患者的病情進行判斷分析。

Objective To analyze the correlation between LDH and diabetic patients. Method Retrospectively analysising the relevant data of 40 cases of diabetic patients, were grouped according to the course:the course of<2 years were 12 cases, a course of 2-6 years were 10 cases, 11 cases of 6-10 group,>10 group of 7 cases, respectively, laboratory examination of fasting blood glucose, serum lactate dehydrogenase and other projects after the test using statistical methods of correlation analysis. Results The course of<2 years group serum lactic dehydrogenase was (243.1 ± 11.5) U/L, duration 2-6 years group serum lactic dehydrogenase was (268.9 ± 13.8) U/L, duration 6-10 serum lactate dehydrogenase was (295.2 ±18.9) U/L, duration>10 serum lactate dehydrogenase was (310.4 ± 20.1) U/L, along with the extended course of disease in patients with diabetes mellitus, lactate dehydrogenase content gradually increased, showing a strong correlation (r=0.75, P<0.05). Conclusion LDH in patients with diabetes is a strong correlation between LDH content, through a preliminary judge the severity of diabetes cases.
