目的:提高临床医学研究生临床思维和综合应用知识的能力。方法以研究生为对象,采用 PBL教学法,从临床具体病例出发,以小组讨论形式,在导师的引导下综合运用所学知识解决问题,以探讨口腔颌面外科学教学改革的途径。结果所有参与者都认为PBL 教学法是一种高效率的教学模式。这种教学方法增强了学生学习的主动性和分析、解决问题的能力,并培养了良好的团队精神。结论 PBL教学法可以提高临床医学研究生临床思维和综合应用知识的能力,为培养合格临床医师奠定基础。

목적:제고림상의학연구생림상사유화종합응용지식적능력。방법이연구생위대상,채용 PBL교학법,종림상구체병례출발,이소조토론형식,재도사적인도하종합운용소학지식해결문제,이탐토구강합면외과학교학개혁적도경。결과소유삼여자도인위PBL 교학법시일충고효솔적교학모식。저충교학방법증강료학생학습적주동성화분석、해결문제적능력,병배양료량호적단대정신。결론 PBL교학법가이제고림상의학연구생림상사유화종합응용지식적능력,위배양합격림상의사전정기출。
Objective To improve clinical thinking and practical ability of clinical postgraduates . Methods Problem-based learning ( PBL) method was used to teach postgraduates , where teaching starts with specific clinical cases and is centered around group discussions , and student solve problems with knowledge learned under the teacher 's guidance , to explore ways in oral and maxillofacial surgical teaching reform .Results All the participants thought that the teaching method was efficient .PBL method improved students'learning initiative , and their problem-analyzing and problem-solving competence , and cultivated the team spirit .Conclusion PBL teaching method can upgrade clinical postgraduates'clinical thinking and practical ability .It paves a way for students to become qualified clinicians .
