目的：提高临床医学研究生临床思维和综合应用知识的能力。方法以研究生为对象，采用 PBL教学法，从临床具体病例出发，以小组讨论形式，在导师的引导下综合运用所学知识解决问题，以探讨口腔颌面外科学教学改革的途径。结果所有参与者都认为PBL 教学法是一种高效率的教学模式。这种教学方法增强了学生学习的主动性和分析、解决问题的能力，并培养了良好的团队精神。结论 PBL教学法可以提高临床医学研究生临床思维和综合应用知识的能力，为培养合格临床医师奠定基础。

Objective To improve clinical thinking and practical ability of clinical postgraduates . Methods Problem-based learning ( PBL) method was used to teach postgraduates , where teaching starts with specific clinical cases and is centered around group discussions , and student solve problems with knowledge learned under the teacher 's guidance , to explore ways in oral and maxillofacial surgical teaching reform .Results All the participants thought that the teaching method was efficient .PBL method improved students'learning initiative , and their problem-analyzing and problem-solving competence , and cultivated the team spirit .Conclusion PBL teaching method can upgrade clinical postgraduates'clinical thinking and practical ability .It paves a way for students to become qualified clinicians .
