目的：探讨妊娠高血压疾病的危险因素及对母婴结局的影响，进行临床干预，减少并发症发生，降低孕产妇及围产儿死亡率。方法对2010年1月至2013年1月，在辖区内进行围产期保健、分娩、死亡的妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇进行回顾性分析并与无妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇进行比较。结果妊娠高血压疾病孕产妇死亡率、围产儿死亡率、合并各种内、外科疾病发生率均比无妊娠高血压疾病高，且容易发生各种并发症。结论妊娠高血压疾病是导致围生期母婴严重并发症和死亡率增高的重要因素，严重影响母婴健康，降低孕产妇及围生儿死亡率，提高母婴健康水平，必须降低妊娠高血压疾病的发生率。适时终止妊娠是减少母婴危险的重要手段，应全面考虑母婴情况，保障母婴安全。

Objective To explore the risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension and the influence on pregnancy outcome, clinical intervention, reduce complications, reduce maternal and perinatal mortality. 2010 January to 2013 January on, carried out in the area of perinatal health care, birth, death of maternal hypertensive disorders in pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed and compared with non pregnancy hypertension disease. Timely termination of pregnancy is an important means to reduce the risk of mother and infant, maternal condition should be considered, the safety of mother and baby.
