目的：探寻快速原型技术应用于颌骨缺损重建的临床教学效果。方法利用颌骨数字化三维可视重建及原型、镜像模型制备，进行颌骨缺损重建临床及理论教学。结果学生对颌骨缺损解剖形态恢复和牙合功能重建的系统性和复杂性有更深的理解，通过模拟手术操作，对颌骨缺损的治疗和预后效果评价也有一定的认识。结论在颌骨缺损重建临床教学中引入快速原型技术能使学生较好地理解和掌握教学内容，提高了解决实际问题的能力。
목적：탐심쾌속원형기술응용우합골결손중건적림상교학효과。방법이용합골수자화삼유가시중건급원형、경상모형제비，진행합골결손중건림상급이론교학。결과학생대합골결손해부형태회복화아합공능중건적계통성화복잡성유경심적리해，통과모의수술조작，대합골결손적치료화예후효과평개야유일정적인식。결론재합골결손중건림상교학중인입쾌속원형기술능사학생교호지리해화장악교학내용，제고료해결실제문제적능력。
Objective To explore the clinical teaching effectiveness of applying rapid prototyping ( RP ) technology to jaw defect reconstruction .Methods By using maxillofacial CT 3-D visualized reconstruction , prototype , and image model preparation , we conducted clinical and theoretical teaching of jaw defect reconstruction .Results Students had a more in-depth understanding of the systematicness and complexity of jaw defect morphology restoration and jaw defect reconstruction .After performing simulated operation , they understood better treatment and prognosis evaluation of jaw defect .Conclusions Introducing rapid prototyping technology to clinical teaching of jaw defect reconstruction can make students understand and grasp the teaching content better and improve their ability to solve clinical problems.
