学习动机是直接影响远程学习效果的核心要素之一,是推动学习者参加学习活动的内部动力。笔者以信息技术辅导教师的身份对“国培计划(2012)”安徽省小学信息技术教师远程培训平台进行了调查,并对部分参训教师进行了访谈,发现存在学生需求和协作问题、课程内容和表现形式不合理、评价方式有待改进和完善等问题。为此,将动机理论分别应用到教师远程学习的前、中、后三个阶段,并结合每个阶段的学习特征提出相应的动机应用策略,从而构建了动机理论在教师远程学习中的应用策略模型,同时将这些策略应用到教师远程培训实践过程中,以期为提升教师远程培训效果提供一定的参考和帮助。

Learning motivation is one of the core elements directly affecting the effect of distance learning and is the inner power of promoting learners to participate in learning activities .We investigated the distance training platform for information technology teachers of primary schools in Anhui Province , the Culture Program (2012), as a counseling teacher of information technology and interviewed some of the teachers .We found problems in students'needs and cooperation , unreasonable contents and forms of courses , and evaluation mode that needs to be improved .Motivation theory was applied to the early , middle and later stages of teachers'distance learning .By combining with the learning features of each stage , we put forward corresponding incentive application strategies , so the model of strategies to apply motivation theory to teachers'distance learning was constructed .We hope that applying these strategies to teacher distance training practice can provide reference and help to improve the effectiveness of teacher distance training .
