目的：观察并探讨膝骨关节炎（KOA）患者在膝关节关节清理术后配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射后，进行康复训练对膝关节功能的影响。方法158例患者分为A、B、C三组，A组仅进行关节镜下关节清理术，B组在关节清理术后配合关节腔内玻璃酸钠注射治疗，C组关节清理术后除进行玻璃酸钠注射外，配合膝关节功能锻炼。三组患者在治疗前、治疗后1月及3月后分别采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分对患者进行膝关节功能评分。结果三组患者膝关节功能较治疗前明显改善，临床疗效治疗后1月B、C组Lysholm评分显著优于A组，C组又显著优于B组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，C组在治疗后3月疗效优于A、B组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝关节内清理术后配合玻璃酸钠关节内注射，术后早期开展康复训练可以明显提高老年骨关节炎的治疗效果。
목적：관찰병탐토슬골관절염（KOA）환자재슬관절관절청리술후배합파리산납관절내주사후，진행강복훈련대슬관절공능적영향。방법158례환자분위A、B、C삼조，A조부진행관절경하관절청리술，B조재관절청리술후배합관절강내파리산납주사치료，C조관절청리술후제진행파리산납주사외，배합슬관절공능단련。삼조환자재치료전、치료후1월급3월후분별채용Lysholm슬관절공능평분대환자진행슬관절공능평분。결과삼조환자슬관절공능교치료전명현개선，림상료효치료후1월B、C조Lysholm평분현저우우A조，C조우현저우우B조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)，C조재치료후3월료효우우A、B조，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론슬관절내청리술후배합파리산납관절내주사，술후조기개전강복훈련가이명현제고노년골관절염적치료효과。
Objective To study the effect of arthroscopic operation and intra-articular injection sodium hyaluronate and rehabilitation training to train knee osteoarthritis.
