针对矿用显示器安装屏支架在应用中的特殊性,本文提出了一种新型显示屏支架的设计方法和思路,主要包括:结构安装形式、外形结构形式、支架材质选择、塑件成型工艺以及结构可靠性等多方面。结果表明,根据新方法设计的产品,其结构先进,稳定可靠,外形美观,现已大批量使用在矿用产品上。

Aiming at the particularity of the installation of the monitor screen brackets used in mine, we described methods and ideas of designing a new screen stent. It includes structural installation form, shape structure form, frame material selection, plastic molding process, as well as some aspects of structural reliability. The results showed that the product, based on the design of the new method, had advanced, reliable structure and beautiful appearance. It has been used in large quantities on mining products.
