针对矿用显示器安装屏支架在应用中的特殊性，本文提出了一种新型显示屏支架的设计方法和思路，主要包括：结构安装形式、外形结构形式、支架材质选择、塑件成型工艺以及结构可靠性等多方面。结果表明，根据新方法设计的产品，其结构先进，稳定可靠，外形美观，现已大批量使用在矿用产品上。
針對礦用顯示器安裝屏支架在應用中的特殊性，本文提齣瞭一種新型顯示屏支架的設計方法和思路，主要包括：結構安裝形式、外形結構形式、支架材質選擇、塑件成型工藝以及結構可靠性等多方麵。結果錶明，根據新方法設計的產品，其結構先進，穩定可靠，外形美觀，現已大批量使用在礦用產品上。

Aiming at the particularity of the installation of the monitor screen brackets used in mine, we described methods and ideas of designing a new screen stent. It includes structural installation form, shape structure form, frame material selection, plastic molding process, as well as some aspects of structural reliability. The results showed that the product, based on the design of the new method, had advanced, reliable structure and beautiful appearance. It has been used in large quantities on mining products.
