中职专业教学标准是指导中职学校课程与教学改革的核心文件。经调研发现,中职学校在改革过程中受制于教师能力不足、教学条件和教学经费有限、缺乏教师激励制度和缺乏有效的指导教材等困难。为了更好地克服这些困难,可以采取以下四个对策:建设“双师型”教师队伍,全方位提高教师胜任能力;优化专业教学条件,完善校企合作机制。完善教师激励制度,提高教师参与课改的积极性;坚持示范引领与校本特色相结合的教材开发。

Professional standard for teaching in secondary vocational schools is a core document for guiding curriculum and teaching reform. Through investigate and survey, we have found that there are problems in secondary vocational schools, such as incapability of teachers, insufficient of teaching facilities and scarcity in teaching funds, lack of effective teacher’s incentive system and guidance materials. There are the problems existing in the process of reform. In order to overcome the difficulties, four strategies can be put into practice: bring up teachers with double-role qualities, and to improve teachers' all around competence;improve the teaching facilities and the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprise. It is also important to perfect teachers' incentive system to enhance motivation of participating the curriculum reform, the combination of exemplary leading and school-based feature in developing teaching materials.
