目的:建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定氯霉素炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量的方法。方法:采用锌试剂显色,紫外-可见分光光度法测定6批氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌的含量。结果:在氧化锌含量在0.516~5.160μg/mL范围内,线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=0.2743X-0.0444(r=0.9962),氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌的平均含量为11.42g/瓶(RSD=3.86%),结论:与络合滴定法相比,该法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,而且简便快捷,适用于氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌含量的质量控制。

목적:건립자외-가견분광광도법측정록매소로감석세제중양화자함량적방법。방법:채용자시제현색,자외-가견분광광도법측정6비록매소로감석중양화자적함량。결과:재양화자함량재0.516~5.160μg/mL범위내,선성관계량호,회귀방정위:Y=0.2743X-0.0444(r=0.9962),록매소로감석중양화자적평균함량위11.42g/병(RSD=3.86%),결론:여락합적정법상비,해법준학、령민도고、중복성호,이차간편쾌첩,괄용우록매소로감석중양화자함량적질량공제。
Objective:To establish the method of determining zinc oxide content in Chloramphenicol Calamine Lotion by Ultraviolet -visible Speectrophotometry .Method:The contents of zinc oxide in 6 batches of this preparation were determined by US -VIS spectro-photometry, Chromogenic method of zinc reagent was used .Result:The calibration curve is linear in the range 0.516~5.160μg/mL for Zinc oxide,The regression equation is Y=0.2743X-0.0444(r=0.9962),the average of Zinc oxide content in Chloramphenicol cala-mine is 11.42g/bottle with RSD=3.86%.Conclusion:Compared to the Complexometric titration ,the methods is accurate ,High sen-sitivity and repeatability , so the US-VIS spectrophotometry method is suitable for the determination of zinc oxide in this preparation .
