目的：建立紫外－可见分光光度法测定氯霉素炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌含量的方法。方法：采用锌试剂显色，紫外－可见分光光度法测定6批氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌的含量。结果：在氧化锌含量在0．516～5．160μg/mL范围内，线性关系良好，回归方程为：Y＝0．2743X－0．0444（r＝0．9962），氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌的平均含量为11．42g/瓶（RSD＝3．86％），结论：与络合滴定法相比，该法准确、灵敏度高、重复性好，而且简便快捷，适用于氯霉素炉甘石中氧化锌含量的质量控制。
목적：건립자외－가견분광광도법측정록매소로감석세제중양화자함량적방법。방법：채용자시제현색，자외－가견분광광도법측정6비록매소로감석중양화자적함량。결과：재양화자함량재0．516～5．160μg/mL범위내，선성관계량호，회귀방정위：Y＝0．2743X－0．0444（r＝0．9962），록매소로감석중양화자적평균함량위11．42g/병（RSD＝3．86％），결론：여락합적정법상비，해법준학、령민도고、중복성호，이차간편쾌첩，괄용우록매소로감석중양화자함량적질량공제。
Objective:To establish the method of determining zinc oxide content in Chloramphenicol Calamine Lotion by Ultraviolet -visible Speectrophotometry .Method:The contents of zinc oxide in 6 batches of this preparation were determined by US -VIS spectro-photometry, Chromogenic method of zinc reagent was used .Result:The calibration curve is linear in the range 0.516~5.160μg/mL for Zinc oxide,The regression equation is Y=0.2743X-0.0444(r=0.9962),the average of Zinc oxide content in Chloramphenicol cala-mine is 11.42g/bottle with RSD=3.86%.Conclusion:Compared to the Complexometric titration ,the methods is accurate ,High sen-sitivity and repeatability , so the US-VIS spectrophotometry method is suitable for the determination of zinc oxide in this preparation .
