目的：总结连续多批次大面积烧伤患者集中救治的经验。方法对2009年5月26日至6月28日先后收治的4批次27例大面积烧伤患者的集中救治进行回顾性总结。结果27例患者全部救治成功，手、面部、关节功能部位创面得到较好的修复，功能及外观恢复较满意。结论在连续多批烧伤的集中救治中，强有力的组织协调是救治成功的重要保证；大面积烧伤休克期应强调“个体化液体复苏”；对连续多批烧伤患者在抢救生命的同时，要有恢复关节功能的理念，可以使功能部位创面得到很好的修复；维持有效的呼吸功能和加强创面处理、防治烧伤侵袭性感染是救治的重要环节。

Objective To summarize experience in the medical care of multiple batches of extensive burn patients .Methods Retrospective analysis was made in the 4 batches of 27 cases of extensive burn patients admitted in our hospital from May 26, 2009 to June 28, 2009.Results The twenty-seven cases of burn patients were all saved , the trauma surfaces at hand , face and joints were all successfully repaired and their functions recovered quite satisfactorily .Conclusion In successive and multiple burn casualty care , strong organization and coordination were important guarantee for successful medical care of mass casualties .Efforts should be made to give patients with massive areas of burns and shock personalized fluid resuscitation .Medical people should do every thing possible to save their lives , and in the meantime , they should do their utmost to restore the functions of joins and repair lesions of the trauma sur -faces.Maintaining effective respiration , proper wound surface debridement and the prevention and treatment of invasive infection were vital to the saving of burn victims .
