目前对棉与再生纤维素纤维混纺织物的定量方法有两种,40℃(2.5 h)甲酸-氯化锌法费时费力,而70℃(20 min)甲酸-氯化锌法对棉的损伤较大,针对这一情况,本文提出改进研究。结果表明:使用70℃(10 min)甲酸-氯化锌法,测得的再生纤维素纤维的含量在FZ/T 01053-2007规定的允许偏差范围内,可满足检测需求;耗时短,结果稳定性良好,检验效率高;对于浅色样品的含量分析具有普遍适用性,对于深色样品应采用化学方法对其进行褪色预处理。

There are two quantitative study methods for fabrics blended with cotton and regenerated cellulose fiber. The quantitative method using formic acid and zinc chloride 40 ℃(2.5 h) is time-consuming, and the formic acid and zinc chloride 70 ℃(20 min) has great damage on cotton. In view of this situation, a dissolution method is established. The results show that the method of formic acid and zinc chloride(70 ℃) with 10 minutes of treating time for to analyzing the content of the regenerated cellulose fiber is satisfied. It can meet the requirements of acceptable deviations in scope according to FZ/T 01053-2007 and has the advantages of saving time, excellent stability, and high inspection efficiency. This method is suitable for light color samples, but for deep-dyed samples, decoloring process should be made by chemical method.
