通过对针织物嵌织不同比例的镀银长丝,分析镀银长丝含量对织物抗静电性能及耐久性能的影响。指出,当织物达到抗静电要求时,银纤维含量越低越好。在此基础上,以11.1 tex/144 f DTY涤纶复丝和11.1 tex/34 f的X-static镀银长丝为编链纱,8.3 tex/36 f DTY涤纶复丝为衬纬纱,16.7 tex/288 f DTY涤纶复丝和11.1 tex/34 f的X-static镀银长丝为毛绒纱,在GE288型双针床经编机上开发抗静电珊瑚绒毛毯面料,介绍了其编织、剖绒、预定形、上柔、起毛、梳剪摇粒等工序的工艺及注意事项,最后对成品进行抗静电性能测试。结果表明,产品经20次洗涤后,抗静电性效果依然极佳,具有耐久性抗静电性能。

The paper analyzed the influence of the content of silver plated filament on the fabric antistatic per-formance and durability by embedded different proportions of silver plated filament in knitting fabric, and then pointed out that the lower content of the silver plated filament is better when the fabric meet antistatic require-ments. Basis on this, a new kind of antistatic blanket is developed on the domestic GE288 double bed warp knit-ting machine by using pillar yarn of 11.1 tex/144 f DTY and 11.1 tex/34 f X-static plated filament yarn and inlay of 8.3 tex /36 f DTY ,and the pile yarn 16.7 tex/288 f DTY and 11.1 tex/34 f X-static plated filament. And it in-troduces in detail its knitting technology and precautions including presetting, softening, fluffing, combing, shear-ing, anti-pilling and so on, and then tests the finished product’s antistatic property. The results show that the products have good antistatic property with endurance after 20 times washing.
