以3.33 tex/24 f的DTY细旦涤纶丝为面纱，2.22 tex氨纶丝为地纱，在德国迈耶·西公司超细针距（50针/25.4 mm）单面开幅圆纬织机上开发一款集超轻、超薄、手感柔软滑爽及具有良好功能性于一体的运动内衣面料。阐述该面料开发的织造及染整工艺技术要点，并对该面料的吸湿性能、弹性伸长率、色牢度等指标进行测试和对比分析。结果表明，该面料具有优异的吸湿排汗性及弹性，且质量减轻了15%～52%。该面料高档时尚，适合开发户外运动内衣功能性面料。

The paper develops a new kind of underwear knitted fabric for sports on single weft knitting machine with ultra fine gauge (50 G/25.4 mm) by using 3.33 tex/24 f polyester as face yarn and 2.22 tex lycra as ground yarn, which bears good functions, such as super light-weight and thin, soft and smooth and so on, and also intro-duces in detail key points of knitting technology and dyeing and finishing technology. In addition, it tests the mois-ture absorption, elastic extension rate and color fastness of fabric. The results show that the knitted fabric made in this paper presents excellent moisture absorption, sweat transferring and flexibility, the weight of fabric is reduced by 15%~52%, which is suitable for developing functional underwear knitted fabric for sports.
