[目的]研究散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物的体外抗氧化活性。[方法]采用分光光度法,考察散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物对红细胞溶血、大鼠肝匀浆自发性脂质过氧化的抑制作用,及其清除DPPH自由基能力、还原能力和清除·OH能力。[结果]散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物能有效地抑制红细胞溶血和肝匀浆自发性过氧化;能有效地清除DPPH自由基以及·OH;对铁离子均具有较好的还原能力。[结论]散结消瘿颗粒及方中各相关药物在几种体外抗氧化模型中均具有不同程度的抗氧化活性。
[目的]研究散結消癭顆粒及方中各相關藥物的體外抗氧化活性。[方法]採用分光光度法,攷察散結消癭顆粒及方中各相關藥物對紅細胞溶血、大鼠肝勻漿自髮性脂質過氧化的抑製作用,及其清除DPPH自由基能力、還原能力和清除·OH能力。[結果]散結消癭顆粒及方中各相關藥物能有效地抑製紅細胞溶血和肝勻漿自髮性過氧化;能有效地清除DPPH自由基以及·OH;對鐵離子均具有較好的還原能力。[結論]散結消癭顆粒及方中各相關藥物在幾種體外抗氧化模型中均具有不同程度的抗氧化活性。
[목적]연구산결소영과립급방중각상관약물적체외항양화활성。[방법]채용분광광도법,고찰산결소영과립급방중각상관약물대홍세포용혈、대서간균장자발성지질과양화적억제작용,급기청제DPPH자유기능력、환원능력화청제·OH능력。[결과]산결소영과립급방중각상관약물능유효지억제홍세포용혈화간균장자발성과양화;능유효지청제DPPH자유기이급·OH;대철리자균구유교호적환원능력。[결론]산결소영과립급방중각상관약물재궤충체외항양화모형중균구유불동정도적항양화활성。
[Objective] To explore the in vitro antioxidant activity of Sanjie Xiaoying granule and the related drugs in this prescription. [Methods] By spec-trophotometry, the protective effect against red blood cell(RBC) hemolysis,inhibitory effect against spontaneous lipid peroxidation in liver homogenate, DPPH radical scavenging,ferric reducing antioxidant power assays and hydroxyl radicals scavenging were studied systematical y. [Results] Results showed that Sanjie Xiaoying granule and the related drugs in this prescription could provide good protection against RBC hemolysis and inhibit significantly spon-taneous lipid peroxidation in liver homogenate,effectively scavenged DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals, had good reducing power. [Conclusion] It was concluded that Sanjie Xiaoying granule and the related drugs in this prescription had different levels of antioxidant activity in vitro antioxidant models.
