[目的]观察中药足浴对慢性肾功能衰竭（chronic renal failure, CRF）的临床疗效。[方法]慢性肾功能衰竭患者80例随机分为2组，各40例，治疗组予以中药足浴加西医常规治疗，对照组予以温水足浴加西医常规治疗，疗程均为2周，观察临床疗效及治疗前后血常规、肾功能的改变情况。[结果]治疗组总有效率为92.5%，对照组为77.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗组治疗后血常规血色素（Hb）、肾功能血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）均较治疗前有明显改善（P<0.05）。[结论]中药足浴治疗慢性肾功能衰竭有较好疗效，且不经胃肠道，无毒副作用，经济安全，值得临床推广应用。
[목적]관찰중약족욕대만성신공능쇠갈（chronic renal failure, CRF）적림상료효。[방법]만성신공능쇠갈환자80례수궤분위2조，각40례，치료조여이중약족욕가서의상규치료，대조조여이온수족욕가서의상규치료，료정균위2주，관찰림상료효급치료전후혈상규、신공능적개변정황。[결과]치료조총유효솔위92.5%，대조조위77.5%，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05），치료조치료후혈상규혈색소（Hb）、신공능혈기항（Scr）、뇨소담（BUN）균교치료전유명현개선（P<0.05）。[결론]중약족욕치료만성신공능쇠갈유교호료효，차불경위장도，무독부작용，경제안전，치득림상추엄응용。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of foot massage treatment efficacy of chronic renal failure. [Methods] 80 cases of chronic renal function failure patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases, foot bath plus Western medicine in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group, warm foot bath with western medicine in treating the control group, treated for 2 weeks, and observe clinical effect and changes in blood count, renal function before and after treatment. [Results] Total effective rate of 92.5% for treatment group, control group is 77.5%, a statistical y significant difference compared the two groups, the treatment group back BUN, Scr, Hb are higher than before the treatment, significantly improved. [Conclusion] Chinese medicine foot bath has better curative effect in treatment of chronic renal failure, without the gastrointestinal tract, toxic side effects, with economic security and clinical application.
