目的：探索武汉东湖磨山景区综合疗养对高血压患者血压的影响。方法采用回顾性研究，对2009-2013年到武汉疗养院疗养的216例高血压患者入院、出院时的血压进行统计和分析。结果216例高血压患者在15 d的疗养期内，血压由入院时的(149.2±7.8)/(92.6±6.2)mmHg(1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa)降至出院时的(139.4±6.8)/(88.6±5.4)mmHg，通过统计学分析，P＜0.01，出院血压较入院血压有明显下降。结论武汉东湖磨山景区综合疗养对高血压患者有明显的辅助治疗作用。

목적：탐색무한동호마산경구종합요양대고혈압환자혈압적영향。방법채용회고성연구，대2009-2013년도무한요양원요양적216례고혈압환자입원、출원시적혈압진행통계화분석。결과216례고혈압환자재15 d적요양기내，혈압유입원시적(149.2±7.8)/(92.6±6.2)mmHg(1 mmHg＝0.133 kPa)강지출원시적(139.4±6.8)/(88.6±5.4)mmHg，통과통계학분석，P＜0.01，출원혈압교입원혈압유명현하강。결론무한동호마산경구종합요양대고혈압환자유명현적보조치료작용。
Objective To explore the influenceof comprehensive recuperationon the blood pressureof hypertension sufferers at Donghu Moshang Scenic R egion in Wuhan.Methods 216 casesof hypertension sufferers admitted to Wuhan Sanatoriumfrom2009 to 2013 were retrospectively studied ,and the blood pressure at admission and discharge time were statistically summed and analyzed .Results The blood pressureof 216 hypertension sufferers went down from(149 .2 ± 7 .8 )/(92 .6 ± 6 .2 )mmH g at admission to (139 .4 ± 6 .8 )/(88 .6 ± 5 .4 )mmH g after 15 daysof recuperation at Wuhan sanatorium,and statistical analysis showed P<0 .01 .The blood pressure at discharge decreased signif-icantlycomparedwiththatatadmission.Conclusion The comprehensivere cuperationat Donghu Moshang Scenic Regionin Wuhanhasob-vious supportive therapeutic efficacyon the blood pressureof hypertension sufferers.
