目的：总结分析抗精神病药物对精神病患者的血脂、血糖以及肥胖的影响。方法：选择2010年6月～2012年11月期间我院收治的110例精神病患者为研究对象，均给予抗精神病药物治疗10周，比较治疗前后患者血脂、血糖、肥胖指标的变化情况。结果：110例精神病患者服用抗精神药物治疗后体重（70.5±12.6）kg明显高于治疗前，血糖水平（5.4±0.9）mmol/L、甘油三酯水平（1.8±1.2）mmol/L明显高于治疗前，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：抗精神病药物具有增加精神病患者血糖、血脂代谢的作用，容易引起患者肥胖。

목적：총결분석항정신병약물대정신병환자적혈지、혈당이급비반적영향。방법：선택2010년6월～2012년11월기간아원수치적110례정신병환자위연구대상，균급여항정신병약물치료10주，비교치료전후환자혈지、혈당、비반지표적변화정황。결과：110례정신병환자복용항정신약물치료후체중（70.5±12.6）kg명현고우치료전，혈당수평（5.4±0.9）mmol/L、감유삼지수평（1.8±1.2）mmol/L명현고우치료전，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。결론：항정신병약물구유증가정신병환자혈당、혈지대사적작용，용역인기환자비반。
Objective: To investigate impact of antipsychotic drugs on mental patients lipids, blood glucose and the obesity. Methods: 110 cases of patients with psychosis in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 were selected as study,treated by antipsychotics drugs for 10 weeks. Changes in blood lipids , blood glucose, obesity indicators before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment,the weight(70.5±12.6)kg, blood glucose levels (5.4±0.9) mmol / L , and triglyceride levels (1.8±1.2) mmol / L of 110 patients with psychosis were significantly higher than that of before treatment(P<0.01). Conclusion: Antipsychotics drugs can increase blood sugar , lipid metabolism of psychiatric patients and make patients prone to obesity.
