针对现有固载型相转移催化剂制备过程中存在的问题,对环己烯合成环氧环己烷工艺进行了改进。在固载型过氧化磷钨杂多酸季铵盐PSC的制备中,对质子酸N的选用和磷酸的加入方式以及原料配比等问题进行了重新优化,并对优化工艺后制备的催化剂结构进行表征和性能实验。结果表明,改进后的催化剂制备工艺,不仅提高了原料钨酸的利用率,简化了操作,降低了成本,而且所制备的催化剂使用多次后仍能保持较高的催化活性及稳定性。
針對現有固載型相轉移催化劑製備過程中存在的問題,對環己烯閤成環氧環己烷工藝進行瞭改進。在固載型過氧化燐鎢雜多痠季銨鹽PSC的製備中,對質子痠N的選用和燐痠的加入方式以及原料配比等問題進行瞭重新優化,併對優化工藝後製備的催化劑結構進行錶徵和性能實驗。結果錶明,改進後的催化劑製備工藝,不僅提高瞭原料鎢痠的利用率,簡化瞭操作,降低瞭成本,而且所製備的催化劑使用多次後仍能保持較高的催化活性及穩定性。

We improved the process of synthesizing epoxycyclohexane from Cyclo-hexene, aiming the existing problems in the preparation of the immobilized type phase transfer catalyst. In the preparation of immobilized type quaternary ammonium peroxotungsto phosphate PSC, we re-optimized many problems such as the selection of the proton acid N, adding issues of the phosphoric and the ratio of raw materials, and carried out the structure character-ization and performance test of the catalyst prepared after the optimization of the process. The results show that the im-proved catalyst preparation process, not only improved the utilization of raw materials tungstate, simplified the opera-tions, reduced the costs, but also kept the prepared catalyst maintain high catalytic activity and stability after repeated use.
