采用正交试验,考察发泡剂用量、发泡助剂用量、固化剂用量对缩合型泡沫硅橡胶拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、表观密度性能指标的影响,得到发泡硅橡胶的最优配方为基胶100份、发泡剂3份、发泡助剂2份、固化剂2.5份.利用扫描电子显微镜、万能机械拉力机、导热系数测定仪对几个配方样品进行结构和性能测试,结果表明:最优配方的样品其力学性能适中,内部微小气室分布致密均匀,具备较为理想的隔热保温性能.
採用正交試驗,攷察髮泡劑用量、髮泡助劑用量、固化劑用量對縮閤型泡沫硅橡膠拉伸彊度、斷裂伸長率、錶觀密度性能指標的影響,得到髮泡硅橡膠的最優配方為基膠100份、髮泡劑3份、髮泡助劑2份、固化劑2.5份.利用掃描電子顯微鏡、萬能機械拉力機、導熱繫數測定儀對幾箇配方樣品進行結構和性能測試,結果錶明:最優配方的樣品其力學性能適中,內部微小氣室分佈緻密均勻,具備較為理想的隔熱保溫性能.
채용정교시험,고찰발포제용량、발포조제용량、고화제용량대축합형포말규상효랍신강도、단렬신장솔、표관밀도성능지표적영향,득도발포규상효적최우배방위기효100빈、발포제3빈、발포조제2빈、고화제2.5빈.이용소묘전자현미경、만능궤계랍력궤、도열계수측정의대궤개배방양품진행결구화성능측시,결과표명:최우배방적양품기역학성능괄중,내부미소기실분포치밀균균,구비교위이상적격열보온성능.
The effects of foaming agent,additive and curing agent content on tensile strength,rupture elon-gation and apparent density of foaming silicone were studied by the orthogonal experiment.The optimal for-mula for foaming silicone were 100 copies of base adhesives,3 copies of foaming agents,2 copies of addi-tives,and 2.5 copies of curing agents.The related mechanical properties and thermal properties of the above four formulae were investigated by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),multifunctional tensile ma-chine,and hot disc instrument.Results presented that the optimum formula had moderate mechanical prop-erties,well defined and dispersed inner pores,and desired thermal insulation performance.
