目的：探讨小檗碱和黄芩苷对葡萄糖氧化酶（ GOD）法测定葡萄糖含量的干扰作用。方法：用GOD法测定加入不同浓度小檗碱和黄芩苷的含血清培养基葡萄糖含量结果，对其结果进行分析、比较。结果：对照组与小檗碱和黄芩苷给药组间葡萄糖含量无显著差异，表明小檗碱和黄芩苷对GOD测定葡萄糖含量无明显干扰作用（1～200μmol/L），结论：在用GOD法测定葡萄糖含量时，小檗碱和黄芩苷对GOD测定葡萄糖含量无明显干扰作用（1～200μmol/L）。
목적：탐토소벽감화황금감대포도당양화매（ GOD）법측정포도당함량적간우작용。방법：용GOD법측정가입불동농도소벽감화황금감적함혈청배양기포도당함량결과，대기결과진행분석、비교。결과：대조조여소벽감화황금감급약조간포도당함량무현저차이，표명소벽감화황금감대GOD측정포도당함량무명현간우작용（1～200μmol/L），결론：재용GOD법측정포도당함량시，소벽감화황금감대GOD측정포도당함량무명현간우작용（1～200μmol/L）。
Objective:To investigate the interference effect of berberine and baicalin on glucose oxidase assay in determination of the content of glucose .Methods:To determine glucose concentration of medium containing different concentrations of berberine and baica -lin by the method of glucose oxidase .Results: There was no significant change between the berberine group and the control ( P>0.05), indicating that berberine and baicalin themselves at the concentration (1~200 μmol/L) used in the experiment do not cause interference.Conclusion: The experimental results indicated that berberine and baicalin themselves at the concentration (1 ~200μmol/L) used in the experiment do not cause interference .
