目的：探讨三维多普勒超声在评估卵巢功能中的临床价值。方法122例患者根据基础激素水平分为卵巢功能正常组、降低组和衰竭组。三维多普勒超声测量其卵巢体积、血管化指数、血流指数及血管化-血流指数，并分析超声参数与卵泡刺激素（FSH）、促黄体激素（LH）、雌二醇（E2）的相关性。结果正常组、降低组、衰竭组的卵巢体积、血管化指数、血流指数、血管化-血流指数组间依次减小（P＜0．05），且与FSH呈负相关（P＜0．05），与LH和E2无相关性（P＞0．05）。结论卵巢三维多普勒超声指标在卵巢功能的评估中具有较好的临床价值。
목적：탐토삼유다보륵초성재평고란소공능중적림상개치。방법122례환자근거기출격소수평분위란소공능정상조、강저조화쇠갈조。삼유다보륵초성측량기란소체적、혈관화지수、혈류지수급혈관화-혈류지수，병분석초성삼수여란포자격소（FSH）、촉황체격소（LH）、자이순（E2）적상관성。결과정상조、강저조、쇠갈조적란소체적、혈관화지수、혈류지수、혈관화-혈류지수조간의차감소（P＜0．05），차여FSH정부상관（P＜0．05），여LH화E2무상관성（P＞0．05）。결론란소삼유다보륵초성지표재란소공능적평고중구유교호적림상개치。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of three-dimensional Doppler ultrasonograghy in the evaluation of ovarian function. Methods According to basic hormone levels, 122 patients were divided into ovarian function normal group, decreasing group and failure group. Ovarian volume, vascularization index (VI), flow index (FI) and vascularization flow index (VFI) were measured using three-dimensional Doppler ultrasonograghy. The correlation between basic hormone and ultrasonography index was analyzed. Results Ovarian volume,VI,FI and VFI among three groups in turn reduced(P<0.05). There were significant negative correlations with FSH(P<0.05), and there were no correlations with LH and E2(P>0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional Doppler ultrasonograghy has better clinical value in the evaluation of ovarian function.
