社会政治发展和“无直接利益冲突”的发生，引发中国社会政治格局呈现四个特征。中国政治体制改革的核心在于权力的转移和权利的分配；要求扩大政治参与、实现自由平等的利益均衡；面临市场化带来的社会诚信日益缺失，传统伦理道德不断解构。国内外学者十分关注“无直接利益冲突”的演变，聚焦在走向对抗还是合作的论辩。通过比较分析后得出：“无直接利益冲突”走向对抗的条件不存在，只能朝向抗争性的合作方向发展。为此，中国应该在整合政治资源的前提下，加快社会主义和谐社会建设进程，消除社会政治发展过程中的不稳定因素，直接或间接地化解“无直接利益冲突”事件。

Political development and Non -direct Conflicts of Interest lead to four characteristics of the political pattern of Chinese soci -ety.The core of Chinese political restructuring is the transfer of the power and the distribution of the rights ;political participation is re-quired to expand so as to achieve the balance of freedom and equality;the Masses’ Complaint Letter and Visit System still has institu-tional obstacles;encountering the fading of the social honesty brought by marketization and constantly deconstructing of the traditional ethics.Domestic and foreign scholars are very concerned about the evolution of Non -direct Conflicts of Interest , and this focuses on the controversial argument that whether Non -direct Conflicts of Interest should go to confrontation or cooperation .After a comparative analysis , the conditions of Non-direct Conflicts of Interest going to confrontation were proved nonexistent , and confrontational coopera-tion was the choice.Therefore, based on the prerequisites of the integration of political resources , China should accelerate the process of building socialist harmonious society , eliminate some factors of instability in social political development , so as to resolve Non-di-rect Conflicts of Interest events directly or indirectly .
