以秘鲁硅藻土和黏土为原料,经过混合、练泥、成型、干燥、焙烧生产轻质多孔砖。结果表明,按照硅藻土85%和黏土15%比例可以生产多孔砖。30目硅藻土生产的多孔砖,抗压强度可以满足不小于2.5 MPa技术要求,体积密度无法满足不大于1.0 g/cm3的技术要求。
以祕魯硅藻土和黏土為原料,經過混閤、練泥、成型、榦燥、焙燒生產輕質多孔磚。結果錶明,按照硅藻土85%和黏土15%比例可以生產多孔磚。30目硅藻土生產的多孔磚,抗壓彊度可以滿足不小于2.5 MPa技術要求,體積密度無法滿足不大于1.0 g/cm3的技術要求。

Porous bricks are prepared from diatomite and clay in Peru by mixing, kneading, molding, drying and firing. The result shows that It’s feasible to produce porous bricks with 85%raw diatomite and 15%clay. When diatomite is 30 mesh, porous bricks can satisfy the technology demand of compressive strength not less than 2.5 MPa, but cannot satisfy the demand of bulk density not more than 1.0 g/cm3.
