机器视觉的精确定位是保证高精度芯片拾放的基础。从机器视觉和机械运动系统组成的角度出发,研究了影响高精度视觉定位的关键要素。针对关键要素,重点介绍了视觉系统与机械运动系统的空间坐标系转换算法。最终通过工艺实验测试,验证该空间坐标系转换算法能够满足高精度芯片拾放的要求。

The accurate machine vision system is basic for accurately picking and placing chip. The key factors which affect accurate machine vision system are studied from the constitution of machine vision system and machine motion system. As for these key factors, one space coordinate transition algorithm between machine vision system and machine motion system is introduced mainly. Eventually, it is approved that the space coordinate transition algorithm can meet the request of accurately picking and placing chip.
