德育的最终目的在于塑造人,我们的医德教育亦如此。一方面,它应塑造适应社会主义初级阶段社会发展需要的高素质人才;另一方面,它还应塑造适应不断进步的医学模式所需要的高素质的医学人才。因此,结合当前出现的医德问题,有必要对现有医德教育体系和方式进行相应的改革。

the ultimate purpose of moral education is to mold a person, which is also the aim of education for medical ethnics.On one hand,it trains high-quality talents who qualify for the development of the primary stage of socialism;On the other hand,it helps educate qualified medical talent required for the developing medical model. Accordingly, it is very necessary to reform the current education system for medical ethnics and teaching methods due to the problem for medical ethnics.
