目的：探讨循证护理对早发型重度子痫前期患者期待治疗中发生不良妊娠结局的影响及护理方法。方法：将56例早发型重度子痫前期患者随机分为实验组和对照组各28例，对照组行常规护理干预，实验组行循证护理干预。随访1～3个月，比较两组产妇妊娠结局情况、血压控制情况、心理状态及围产儿情况。结果：实验组患者不良妊娠结局发生率及围生儿情况明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：对早发型重度子痫前期患者实施循证护理干预，可有效减少患者严重并发症的发生，改善母儿结局，提高产科护理质量，同时也提高了低年资护理人员循证护理运用能力。
목적：탐토순증호리대조발형중도자간전기환자기대치료중발생불량임신결국적영향급호리방법。방법：장56례조발형중도자간전기환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각28례，대조조행상규호리간예，실험조행순증호리간예。수방1～3개월，비교량조산부임신결국정황、혈압공제정황、심리상태급위산인정황。결과：실험조환자불량임신결국발생솔급위생인정황명현우우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론：대조발형중도자간전기환자실시순증호리간예，가유효감소환자엄중병발증적발생，개선모인결국，제고산과호리질량，동시야제고료저년자호리인원순증호리운용능력。
Objective:To explore the influence of evidence -based nursing on the adverse pregnancy outcomes and nursing methods in the expectant management for pregnant women with early onset severe preeclampsia .Methods:56 pregnant women with early onset severe preeclampsia were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group ( 28 cases in each group ) .The pregnant women in the control group received routine nursing intervention and the evidence -based nursing intervention was implemented in the experimental group.After follow-up for one month to 3 months,the pregnancy outcomes ,blood pressure control and mental state of the pregnant women and the status of perinatal infants were compared between the two groups .Results:The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women was significantly lower and the status of perinatal infants was obviously better in the experimental group than the control group ( P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of evidence -based nursing intervention for pregnant women with early onset severe preeclampsia can effectively reduce the occurrence of serious complications and improve pregnancy outcomes and nursing quality ,it can also improve the applying ability of evidence -based nursing in junior nurses .
