目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱( ICP-MS)法测定兔血中汞的含量。方法样品微波消解处理后,采用ICP-MS法测定兔血中汞的含量。结果汞的标准液与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系( r=0.9998),日内和日间精密度分别在5.4%和5.7%以下。结论本法操作简便、准确、快速,可以用于测定兔血中汞的含量。

OBJECTIVE To develop an ICP-MS method to determine the content of Hg in blood of rab-bit.METHODS The sample was handled by Microwave Digestion System ,the content of Hg in blood of rabbit was determined by ICP-MS.RESULTS The calibration curve showed good linearity ( r=0.9998 ).The within-day and between-day precisions were less than 5.4% and 5.7%, respectively.CONCLUSION This analytical method is simple,rapid and specific in detecting the content of Hg in blood of rabbit.
