目的：探讨乙烯雌酚配合自拟中药熏洗方治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法：将86例老年阴道炎患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(43例)，治疗组予乙烯雌酚和中药薰洗治疗，对照组单纯予乙烯雌酚治疗。结果：治疗组痊愈38(88.4%)，有效5(11.6%)，无效0，总有效率100%；对照组痊愈23(53.5%)，有效16(37.2%)，无效4(9.3%)，总有效率90.7%。结论：乙烯雌酚配合中药薰洗治疗老年性阴道炎疗效满意。

목적：탐토을희자분배합자의중약훈세방치료노년성음도염적림상료효。방법：장86례노년음도염환자수궤분위치료조(43례)화대조조(43례)，치료조여을희자분화중약훈세치료，대조조단순여을희자분치료。결과：치료조전유38(88.4%)，유효5(11.6%)，무효0，총유효솔100%；대조조전유23(53.5%)，유효16(37.2%)，무효4(9.3%)，총유효솔90.7%。결론：을희자분배합중약훈세치료노년성음도염료효만의。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of diethylstilbestrol combined with traditional Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of senile vaginitis.Methods:86 patients with senile vaginitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group(43 cases)and the control group(43 cases),the treatment group were given diethylstilbestrol and traditional Chinese herbal fumigation,the control group were given diethylstilbestrol only.Results:In the treatment group,38 cases were cured(88.4%), 5 cases were effective(11.6% ),no one was invalid,the total effective rate was 100% ;in the control group,23 cases were cured(53.5%),16 cases were effective(37.2%),4 cases were invalid(9.3%),the total effective rate was 90.7%.Conclusion:The clini-cal efficacy of diethylstilbestrol combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of senile vaginitis is satisfied.
