基于某直列四缸发动机的双平衡轴系统设计方案,利用Excite软件建立了发动机动力总成多体动力学分析模型,预测了动力总成振动噪声性能。分析了曲轴齿轮与平衡轴齿轮的啮合力对曲轴转速、主轴承反力的影响,探讨了搭载平衡轴系统后发动机振动响应的变化情况。利用传递路径分析方法,研究了双平衡轴系统对动力总成悬置2阶振动的减振效果及对车内噪声的改善情况。分析结果表明采用双平衡轴系统有助于提升发动机NVH性能、改善车内噪声水平。

Based on the design proposal of a twin balancer shafts system in some type of 4-cylinder internal combustion (IC)engines,a multiple-body dynamical model of the engine powerplant was constructed using the famous commercial software of AVL Excite PU to estimate the noise and vibration of the powerplant.The influence of meshing force between crankshaft gear and balancer shaft gear on rotating speed and reacting force acting on journal bearing was analyzed,and then the comparison of vibration response of engine block between the case with balancer shaft and the case without it was carried out.Finally,Based on the tranfer path analysis (TPA),the effects of balancer shafts on the 2nd order vibration of the engine powerplant mount and the 2nd order vehicle interior noise were investigated.The simulation results showed that installing a twin balancer shafts system into IC engine is effective to improve the NVH performance of the engine and to reduce interior sound pressure level.
