目的：探讨优质护理服务对儿科工作中护患关系的作用。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月我院收治的患儿380例，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各190例，对照组实施常规性护理服务，实验组实施优质护理服务，比较两组患者及家属对护理工作满意度调查。结果实验组和对照组患儿及家属平均满意度分别为161例(84.7%)和96例(50.5%)，两组比较差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组和对照组护理质量考核平均成绩分别为（94.1±1.7）分和（86.4±2.3)分，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论儿科护理中开展优质护理服务可明显提高患儿及家长对护理工作的满意度，并且同时提升护理服务质量，值得临床进一步推广使用。
목적：탐토우질호리복무대인과공작중호환관계적작용。방법선취2012년6월~2013년6월아원수치적환인380례，수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조각190례，대조조실시상규성호리복무，실험조실시우질호리복무，비교량조환자급가속대호리공작만의도조사。결과실험조화대조조환인급가속평균만의도분별위161례(84.7%)화96례(50.5%)，량조비교차이균구유통계학의의（P＜0.05），관찰조화대조조호리질량고핵평균성적분별위（94.1±1.7）분화（86.4±2.3)분，량조비교，차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론인과호리중개전우질호리복무가명현제고환인급가장대호리공작적만의도，병차동시제승호리복무질량，치득림상진일보추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality care for pediatric nurse-patient relationship work. Methods 380 cases from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group had 190 cases.The control group were given routine care;the experimental group were given quality care.Nursing job satisfaction of patients and their families were compared. Results Children and their families an average satisfaction of experimental group and control group were 161 cases(84.7%) and 96 cases(50.5%),there was significant different between the two groups (P < 0.05). The average quality of care assessment scores of experimental group and control group were (94.1±1.7) points and (86.4 ±2.3) points,there was significant different between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion To carry out quality care in pediatric care can significantly improve satisfaction with nursing work,and improve the quality of care.It is worthy of widely application.
