目的:探析糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白及血液流变学检测的临床价值。方法选取浙江大学绍兴医院2012年1月~2012年12月收治的100例糖尿病患者,作为观察组(A组);同时选取同期在本院接受身体检查的健康受检者100例,作为对照组(B组),对两组受检者进行尿微量白蛋白及血液流变学检测,并对比分析这两组受检者的检查结果。结果在尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)检测结果上,观察组(A组)为(27.53±11.18)mg/L,对照组(B组)为(8.93±3.23)mg/L,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在全血粘度低切、全血粘度高切、血浆粘度、血球积压、纤维蛋白原以及红细胞变形指数等方面,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿微量白蛋白及血液流变学检测对糖尿病的检测有重要意义,值得临床医生关注。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of microalbuminuria and hemorheology for diabetes mellitus. Method 100 patients with diabetes mellitus were treated as an observation group (A) from January 2012 to December 2012 in Shaoxing Hospital of Zhejiang University;while 100 cases of healthy subjects were selected in the same period in our hospital to undergo a medical examination as the control group (B ). Urine albumin and blood rheology were tested and compared of the two groups. Results In the urine micro albumin (mAlb) test results, the observation group (group A) was (27.53±11.18) mg/L, the control group (group B) was (8.93±3.23) mg/L, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P<0.05). In the whole blood low shear viscosity, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte high backlog, fibrinogen and erythrocyte deformation index and so on, the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion It is important significance that microalbuminuria and rheology testing for diabetes mellitus diagnosis, it is worthy of being attention.
