利用 PVA 在硼酸介质中与碘生成蓝绿色络合物的特性,完善了一套规范的用分光光度法测定 PVA 含量的分析方法,可使废水中 PVA 测量范围增大至4g/L 。结果证明,PVA 在波长680 nm 处有最大吸收;测量时显色剂加入6mL(1mL I2-KI 和5mL H3 BO3)时测定效果较好;通过测定其吸光度,对比标准曲线,从而可计算出 PVA 的含量。
利用 PVA 在硼痠介質中與碘生成藍綠色絡閤物的特性,完善瞭一套規範的用分光光度法測定 PVA 含量的分析方法,可使廢水中 PVA 測量範圍增大至4g/L 。結果證明,PVA 在波長680 nm 處有最大吸收;測量時顯色劑加入6mL(1mL I2-KI 和5mL H3 BO3)時測定效果較好;通過測定其吸光度,對比標準麯線,從而可計算齣 PVA 的含量。
이용 PVA 재붕산개질중여전생성람록색락합물적특성,완선료일투규범적용분광광도법측정 PVA 함량적분석방법,가사폐수중 PVA 측량범위증대지4g/L 。결과증명,PVA 재파장680 nm 처유최대흡수;측량시현색제가입6mL(1mL I2-KI 화5mL H3 BO3)시측정효과교호;통과측정기흡광도,대비표준곡선,종이가계산출 PVA 적함량。
A suit of analysis method which could determine the content of PVA by spectrophotometry were completed . The determination range of PVA in wastewater was increased to 4g/L . The result showed that the maximum absorption wavelength of PVA was 680nm .The effect of the determination was best when 6mL of chromogenic reagent (1mL I2-KI and 5mL H3 BO3 ) was added .The content of PVA could be calculated through the determination of its absorbency and comparing standard curve .
