探讨影响棉织物抗紫外线整理剂工艺优化因素。以整理后织物性能测试的数据为依据,优化出防紫外线整理剂 DM-3090整理纯棉织物的工艺条件。结果表明,DM-3090整理棉织物的工艺条件为:DM-3090100g/L ,粘合剂140g/L ,渗透剂 DM-12388g/L ,柔软剂 FR-612g/L ,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间2min 。

탐토영향면직물항자외선정리제공예우화인소。이정리후직물성능측시적수거위의거,우화출방자외선정리제 DM-3090정리순면직물적공예조건。결과표명,DM-3090정리면직물적공예조건위:DM-3090100g/L ,점합제140g/L ,삼투제 DM-12388g/L ,유연제 FR-612g/L ,배홍온도140℃,배홍시간2min 。
The influence factors of the UV protective finishing were discussed in this paper .The treatment conditions of DM-3090 for cotton fabric were optimized at the following conditions :100g/L DM-3090 , 140g /L adhesive ,8g/L DM-1238 ,12g/L FR-6 as well as the curing at 140 ℃ for 2min .
