选用丙烯酰胺(AM )和醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)为聚合单体,研究采用瞬时聚合法合成固体 AM-VAc 共聚浆料的合成工艺.红外光谱表明工艺实现了丙烯酰胺和醋酸乙烯酯单体的瞬时聚合.利用正交试验对各影响因素进行分析.结果表明,当引发剂用量为1%;过硫酸铵∶亚硫酸氢钠为1∶0.6;反应温度为40℃时,可得到性能优良的 AM-VAc 固体共聚浆料.
選用丙烯酰胺(AM )和醋痠乙烯酯(VAc)為聚閤單體,研究採用瞬時聚閤法閤成固體 AM-VAc 共聚漿料的閤成工藝.紅外光譜錶明工藝實現瞭丙烯酰胺和醋痠乙烯酯單體的瞬時聚閤.利用正交試驗對各影響因素進行分析.結果錶明,噹引髮劑用量為1%;過硫痠銨∶亞硫痠氫鈉為1∶0.6;反應溫度為40℃時,可得到性能優良的 AM-VAc 固體共聚漿料.

The influence of the polymerization processing parameters on the sizing properties of AM-VAc solid copolymer obtained from instantaneous polymerization of acryl amide (AM ) and vinyl acetate (VAc) were studied in this paper .The instantaneous polymerization processing parameters including the amount of the initiator ,the ratio of oxidiser (ammonium persulphate) to reducing agent (sodium bisulphite ) ,and the reaction temperature were analyzed .The re-sultant AM-VAc solid copolymer obtained by this process was confirmed via FTIR analysis , and this type of new sizing materials with relatively higher adhesion forces were achieved when the amount of the oxidiser was 1% of the total weight of monomers ,the ratio of oxidiser (am-monium persulphate) to reducing agent (sodium bisulphite) was 1 ∶ 0.6 ,and the reaction tem-perature was 40 ℃ .
