This article discussed the construction and application of agricultural laboratory management informa-tion system (LIMS). Focus of the study was to design the system architecture and build its functional modules, which included five parts, namely, sample acceptance, examination and analysis, quality control, resource man-agement, and system management. Finally, the usefulness of the agricultural LIMS was described by the man-agement of agricultural machinery and testing laboratory of animal husbandry products.
