泾河油田长8油藏属低孔、特低渗油藏,前期采用裸眼封隔器分段压裂取得较好效果,但该工艺裂缝起裂位置不明确,无法实现井筒全通径,为提高油田采收率,提出了连续油管带底封分段压裂工艺。该工艺将连续油管和喷砂射孔工具、底部封隔器连接,通过油管注入实现喷砂射孔,环空注入实现加砂压裂,用底部封隔器对已压层段进行隔离,由下至上逐级分段压裂。该工艺压裂裂缝起裂位置明确,改造地层针对性强,作业速度快。在JH2P20井的应用表明,连续油管带底封分段压裂工艺可在30 min内完成转层压裂,正常情况下1 d内可完成9段压裂施工,压后井筒全通径,在泾河油田具有较高的推广应用价值。

Chang-8 oil reservoir of Jinghe Oilifeld belongs to low-porosity and super-low permeability reservoir. In earlier stage, the sectional fracturing treatment with open hole packer gained a good effect, but the facture starting position of this technique is am-biguous and full opening of wellbore cannot be achieved. In order to improve oil recovery, the author puts forward“sectional fracturing technique with coiled tubing and bottom packer”. In this technique, the coiled tubing, tools of sandblasting and perforating, and the bot-tom packer are connected, sandblasting and perforating are realized by injection through tubing, sand fracturing is achieved by injection from annular space, the layers being fractured are isolated by using bottom packers, to realize stepwise staged fracturing from bottom to top. This technique is characterized by signiifcant fracturing fracture signiifcant, well-directed formation reformation and fast operation speed. Application testing for JH2P20 well shows that by this technique, the transition layer fracturing could be ifnished in 30 min. Under normal condition, 9-interval fracturing can be completed within one day. After fracturing, the wellbore full opening will be performed. This technique has high promotion value in Jinghe Oilifeld.
